History

Milcorp Project Services started in residential construction and property investments. From humble beginnings, we quickly grew alongside our clients and soon found ourselves building and developing sites with up to 50 dwellings. As our portfolio developed, so did our client base, leading us into commercial construction and refurbishment projects across a range of market sectors.

Fast forward to today, and Milcorp Project Services has a full and unrestricted building license allowing us to construct commercial buildings up to 25-stories high. We are proud to have worked with many high-profile clients on a wide range of projects and have an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential developments.
