Milcorp Project Services was engaged to deliver a complete office fit-out and refurbishment in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. Working within an occupied commercial building, the works were carefully staged so the client’s operations could continue without interruption.
The scope covered demolition and make-good, new partitions and glazing, electrical and data upgrades, air-conditioning rebalancing, custom joinery and premium finishes through to final handover. The project was delivered on schedule and within budget.
